Location was excellent in the heart of Launceston CBD with shops & eateries all within walking distance, including a fabulous bistro & bar within the property itself (extra expense). Room was very comfortable and clean and ample space for a single room that I booked. Bathroom had everything I needed. The property allowed me to store my luggage for early arrival, and had an easy self-checkout with a key deposit box for my early morning departure. Friendly and helpful staff anytime I needed assistance.

Fabulous freindly staff who went out of their way to please, great food/eataries, top location within easy walking distance to shops entertainment, and restuarants. Unfortunately there are no lifts only stairs but I was able to manage the two flights with the aid of the handrails. The staff took my luggage upto my comfortable room/ and dowstairs when I left easy exit just left my room key in the keybox. On the outside the only downside is geting a taxi is a nightmare which is surprising considering Launceston is Tasmanias' second largest city after Hobart. DEFINATELY WOULD RECOMEND AND I WILL BE COMMING BACK TO STAY.

Did not have breakfast. Would like management to know that all staff gave exceptional service . Was very warmed by all their attention. Dinner was very enjoyable as was music

Staff were absolutely amazing. Sarah and Matt thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. Don’t let ‘Em, Ang, Abby or your chefs go anywhere as they are an absolute asset for you. Location was walking distance to everything I needed.

I absolutely loved staying at this adorable little hotel. The atmosphere was fantastic, the staff were friendly, the food was absolutely amazing, the location was great, and the rooms were adorable. I will definitely be recommending this to place to everyone.

Location is good but staff are friendly down to earth and let you have your fun. It's what hospitality is about. I spent 4 days here. 3 on my own 1 with a mate and was just relaxed great atmosphere great food drinks and banter. Well worth your stay and not over priced... my place to stay in Launceston cbd

A great venue with a bar downstairs. It was quiet for me. And I slept well. All good. I was able to leave my case there after checkout to pick up later.

The location was good being in the centre of Launceston. Felt really safe will double security doors before getting to we’re all the rooms are. staff were friendly and was very convenient having a restaurant/ bar down stairs. food was also delicious and the beverages were a really good quality.

Have been there 2 years ago ! Both times for my daughter in laws parents funerals! perfect position and food in hotel good as well! Will definetly come back again this time with husband! Woulnt think of staying anywhere else ! value for money!
