Fabulous freindly staff who went out of their way to please, great food/eataries, top location within easy walking distance to shops entertainment, and restuarants. Unfortunately there are no lifts only stairs but I was able to manage the two flights with the aid of the handrails. The staff took my luggage upto my comfortable room/ and dowstairs when I left easy exit just left my room key in the keybox. On the outside the only downside is geting a taxi is a nightmare which is surprising considering Launceston is Tasmanias' second largest city after Hobart. DEFINATELY WOULD RECOMEND AND I WILL BE COMMING BACK TO STAY.

I spent 4 days here. 3 on my own 1 with a mate and was just relaxed great atmosphere great food drinks and banter. Well worth your stay and not over priced... my place to stay in Launceston cbd

The location was good being in the centre of Launceston. Felt really safe will double security doors before getting to we’re all the rooms are. staff were friendly and was very convenient having a restaurant/ bar down stairs. food was also delicious and the beverages were a really good quality.

I absolutely loved staying at this adorable little hotel. The atmosphere was fantastic, the staff were friendly, the food was absolutely amazing, the location was great, and the rooms were adorable. I will definitely be recommending this to place to everyone.

The hotel is within walking distance to the Friday night markets, Boags brewery tour, Saturday farmers market, and central shopping facilities. If you stay over the weekend, be prepared for the noise from the evening music. We did know this beforehand.
